Description
As a manager, you will be responsible for a project, with its respective team. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, activities and tasks by yourself. Your main responsibility is your project, objectives and the growth and well-being of your team.
You will also have to guide and help the participants so that they can perform their tasks, learning and growing in the process. At the end of the project, you will have to prepare a report, article, presentation or workshop about your project.
This search is for students, graduates or professionals interested in the responsibility of managing a team and a project. You must have enough experience and knowledge in your area to provide support and answers to your team.
This
position usually requires being a member of INKUA for at least 3 months
and have experience working in a project or the recommendation from
another manager.
Tasks
- Participate periodically in our online platform.
- Communicate and collaborate with your team members.
- Provide virtual support to other participants.
- Coordinate meetings with team members.
- Participate in forums and events.
- Manage tasks and produce reports.
- Train other participants to become managers.
- Keep your Director and your team channel updated.
Requirements
