Who we are
We are an organization created in Frankfurt, Germany, formed by young people and professionals from all over the world, eager to grow and change the world around us.
Our vision is to be the organization that reshapes our relationship with learning, work, people and the environment.

to create the necessary conditions for young people, students and professionals to develop their full potential
by empowering good ideas and projects.

How we do it
We developed a virtual platform that connects volunteers from around the world to collaborate on projects within the InkuA community or build teams to support other non-profit organizations.
Our projects
All of our projects are created by our members or partner organizations. They can be anything, from organzing an awareness campaign, a trip, a contest, a blog, collaborating with an organization, an event, research, building a satellite, anything. The only rule they must respect is that they need to have meaning and produce value for all our members.
RESEARCH
We develop and publish research on social issues that affect our communities.
INTERNAL
We work collaboratively among the different areas of InkuA to improve the internal processes of our organization.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
We generate ideas to develop projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
INCUBATION
We provide resources from our organisation to develop non-profit projects designed by the participants.

Creation of graphics for networks and websites, development of brand image and Adobe Tools.
MARKETING
Content creation, social network management, copywriting, SEO, SEM, Ads in networks and Meta Business Suite.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Event management, networking, business meetings, contact with NGOs and government entities
OPERATIONS
Project management, organizational experiments, design of institutional strategies and procedures.
COMMERCIAL
Development and management of commercial strategies, promotion of institutional relations and commercial practices.

Interview development, evaluation and psychological support, with the aim of improving the experience of the participants.
