Description


As a department director, you will be responsible for helping managers develop projects. Your main job involves executing strategic planning and networking inside the organization, so that your department would have access to more resources, participants and networks. To display your department progress and well-being, you will have meetings with other directors and showcase your projects and achievements. The better you are at organizing, communicating and presenting information, the stronger your department will get.

This position usually requires being a member of INKUA for at least 6 months and to present at least one project. Otherwise you will need to present a plan for the department and how you will run it at a directors board meeting for evaluation. 

Tasks


  • Participate periodically on the online platform.
  • Communicate and collaborate frequently with your managers.
  • Engage in forums, workshops and events.
  • Give feedback in the form of reports, and create a department presentation.
  • Train managers to become directors.
  • Represent INKUA’s values and mission. 


Requirements

 Laptop or smart device with an internet connection.

 Availability to participate at least 4 hours per week.

 Communication skills, professionalism and respect.

 Team player with a strong intercultural mindset.

 Flexibility and willingness to learn.
