Description


As an intern in the Legal team, you will interact with colleagues from all over the world. We are looking for students or graduates in Law. You will network, work in teams, learn empathy, collaboration and team motivation techniques, which you will apply in the tasks to be addressed. 

You will do quality research work on comparative law in Latin America, you will participate in social projects and study social laws, and then together with your team you will give workshops, with public and certificates of attendance. 

You will learn many tools that will be useful for your professional growth.

This is for Students, professionals or graduates of Law, Human Rights, Gender studies  or similar.

Tasks


  • Participate periodically in our online platform.
  • Communicate and collaborate with your team members.
  • Participate in forums, meetings and events.
  • Report your progress and work in your tasks.
  • Investigation and review of laws, norms and treaties ratified by the Peruvian State in the field of Human Rights, Immigration Law, Animal Law, and International Law.
  • Search and summary of national and international jurisprudence (sentences) (synthesizing the key foundations of the sentences in the project drive document) and doctrine (legal articles, reports and books); linked to the themes of Human Rights, Immigration Law, Violence against women, Animal Law and International Law.
  •  Drafting of the report and/or investigation report (document) for the Department's projects
  •  Present in team meetings their progress on entrusted projects and their main findings.


Requirements

 Student or recent graduate of the Law School.

 Availability to participate at least 6 hours per week.

 Communication skills, professionalism and respect.

 Team player with a strong intercultural mindset.

 Flexibility and willingness to learn.

Desire to have a positive impact in the world.
