You will have the opportunity to work on international HR projects, conduct surveys, research, create new processes together with your team.
You will also establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, cultivating and attracting talent and providing a welcoming environment for candidates.
Yo will participate in forums, meetings and events.

Requirements
Studies related to: Human Resources, Labor Relations, Labor Relations and similar.
Availability to participate at least 6 hours per week.
Communication skills, professionalism and respect.
Team player with a strong intercultural mentality.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Desire to have a positive impact on the world.
Advanced or native level of Spanish and knowledge of English.
