An Update from InkuA on Our Regional Focus

InkuA is channeling its resources and projects exclusively towards the Latin American region until July 2024. We kindly request our new members to align with this focus by showing interest in Latin America or the Spanish language.

Our journey began as an pilot in South Latin America. However, the outbreak of the war compelled us to pivot our attention towards Europe and Ukraine. In this phase, we spearheaded meaningful projects, and a dedicated team in Germany is still and will continue to collaborate closely with Ukraine.

InkuA is a very flexible organization that has the most impact where other's can't reach. Currently, the European Union has the oportunity to forge a robust alliance with Latin America, viewing it as a vibrant market, a source of young talent, and a place to learn from diverse cultures and traditions, based on modern values. 

It's worth noting that Latin America is a point of interest for major global powers like Russia, China, and the United States. They are heavily investing to have more influence in the region. However, it's important to recognize the deep-seated European roots in Latin America, with Latin Americans of European descent constituting 40% of the population and more than half of the population having some roots in Europe. 

This shared heritage presents fertile ground for a blossoming partnership. Strengthening commercial ties between the Mercosur and the European Union, streamlining bureaucratic processes, and enhancing cultural exchanges are at our reach. We can do more with less, investing in Latin America will create twice the amount of value as anywhere else in the world. 

InkuA is committed to creating this bridge, facilitating student exchanges, inter continental projects, cellebration and collaboration to turn on a beacon of light during this dark times.
