Experience, the door to your first job

When we conclude our higher education or we are about to finish them, the search for our working future stars. It is in that moment when we realize that the first difficulty arises. At Inkua, we give you the tools to facilitate that path.

Required condition: experience

The consultancy  ManpowerGroup along with the NGO Junior Achievement carried out research  (link to the Spanish study). A sample was taken from 3000 young people of 14 Latin American countries. The obtained result showed us that, on average, 81% had problems inserting in the labor market. Nicaragua was the country which had more problems in that and Argentina was in the 11th place (the measurement considered number 1 as the country with the least difficulty and number 14 as the most difficult). It was also indicated that more than 50% of the young people failed to enter the labor system due to lack of experience.

On the other hand, the consultant  Randstad posted a note entitled  Getting a job without experience (link to Spanish study): advice from the experts. In this note, ten keys to get a job without having experience. Among them, it mentions “having a good resume and search monitoring”.

Hotbed of opportunities

It is very important to know the foundation Inkua exits in Argentina, which has a clear aim. This aim consists in collaborating with the challenge that labor insertion implies, and give them opportunities to people who have or not experience and wishes to develop in their area of academic background.

Each participant gains demonstrable experience in some of the areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, Design, Communications, Systems and many others. They also broaden their resume and increase their knowledge. Thus, they can insert easily in the labor area.

There are no doubts about the importance of counting with previous experience. That is why at Inkua Foundation, we provide the opportunities to achieve it.
