Who are we?

We are an open, non-profit foundation dedicated to enhancing the professional capabilities of individuals who are seeking self-improvement and knowledge of new development opportunities since mid-2021.

Although we originated in Frankfurt, a vibrant German city, our mission extends beyond borders. We are driven to create a positive social impact through labor inclusion and the development of projects and technological ventures.

Our primary goal is to provide labor integration opportunities to individuals who are taking their first steps in the professional field, as well as those who possess prior experience but are looking to transition into their academic background or explore new areas.

How do we do it?

By engaging in projects across various domains, including Human Resources, Marketing, Design, Communication, Systems, and more, members of our organization have the opportunity to apply their existing knowledge while gaining new skills in a friendly and relaxed environment. Additionally, we foster an innovative working atmosphere by providing access to cutting-edge technological tools and encouraging experimentation with different collaborative approaches.

Our mission is to identify and nurture new talents, driving their personal and professional growth through a variety of activities. We are committed to assisting individuals in developing their abilities and enhancing their skills. To achieve this, we provide our equipment, expertise, and tools to the Inkua community, forming dedicated areas and groups that collaborate to bring projects to life.
