Workshop: The Recruiter's Role in the Interview

In this workshop we will go through a description of what a job interview is like, and its definition. The stages of an interview will be discussed. We will also define the types of interview, understanding that they can be classified according to the number of participants, the degree of structuring and the moment of the interview. We will also identify the possible types of interviewers. We will go deeper into how to conduct an interview in an optimal way and the skills that an interviewer should have. Finally, we will explain how to use non-verbal language. 

The main purpose of this workshop is to get to know the different aspects of a job interview, how to approach it correctly and, from the interviewer's point of view, to learn the best possible positions to adopt. 

It is aimed at all Human Resources departments and members of InkuA who are interested in learning or deepening their knowledge of how to conduct interviews.
