Female Leadership in Latin America: Director's Forum

Join us for a Director's Forum focused on empowering female leadership in Latin America. This event provides a space for women leaders to share experiences and perspectives, and discuss the challenges they face in their roles. Hosted by Julia Bonsignore, this forum will highlight the innovative solutions women have found to overcome these obstacles and drive change towards gender equality.

The Female Leadership in Latin America is a social impact initiative that seeks to empower women and girls through education, leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, entrepreneurial training sessions as well as networking events with successful Latina leaders from across the region. 

The goal of this project is to provide an environment for female-led organizations in Latin America to learn about best practices that can help them achieve their goals and objectives while also providing a platform where they are able to share ideas, experiences and resources among themselves.

• How to increase visibility and participation in Female-led Departments in InkuA.
• Fast onboarding for female mentors and spearkers.
• Web Departments, a female perspective. How to use transparecy for female empowerment.
